1. Shipping Rates & Calculation

• Variable Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are not calculated or charged at the time of checkout.

• Custom Shipping Quote: The final shipping fee will be determined once your order is processed and negotiated with our partner shipping carrier to ensure the best available rate for your location.

• Payment of Shipping Fees: Our customer support team will contact you directly via phone/email/WhatsApp to confirm the final shipping cost before the order is dispatched. Shipping fees must be agreed upon and paid prior to delivery.

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Once the shipping rate is agreed upon and the order is handed over to the shipping company, delivery typically takes between  2 - 3 business days depending on your location.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s) if provided by the shipping carrier.
