3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect after delivery.

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance (if applicable).

4. Return Shipping Fees

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within  5 business days.
